We will gladly accept the return or exchange of products marked "Factory New" or "Eligible for Return" on their product page that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for up to 30 days from purchase. Email carybrassguy@gmail.com and include your order number, details of what was ordered, and a description / photo of the defect.

For all other items, customers have 10 calendar days from receipt to notify The Cary Brass Guy LLC of any fulfillment mistakes. Please email carybrassguy@gmail.com and include your order number, what was originally ordered and a photo of what was received. The Cary Brass Guy LLC will exchange the incorrect product(s) received for the product(s) ordered at no additional charge. Refunds will only be issued in the event that we are unable to fulfill the original order due to stocking limitations.
