Send us your unprocessed (preferably cleaned) .223/5.56 Brass and we will convert it into the coveted .300 Blackout brass you desire.

Our Service Includes the following

Decapping
Primer Pocket Swaging (Removes Military Crimp without removing metal)
Trimming to 1.355 +/- .003/.005
Full Length Sizing
Wet Tumbled with Steel Pins (Reduces need to deburr or chamfer)

Upon receipt we will weight your brass to get a case count estimate. We estimate there are 72.8 cases per pound of brass you send.

If we find an excessive amount of unusable materials or any hazardous materials in the shipment, they will NOT be returned to you.

Upon completion we will ship your completed order to the address you provide.

Please note - Some cases with excessive wear may not be suitable to convert to 300 blackout or may be damaged or destroyed during the process. TCBG will make every effort to limit loss, but we anticipate a small failure rate in processing. We will communicate with you if more than 5% of what you send is unused, damaged, or destroyed.

If we determine there is a discrepancy from what you sent vs what you ordered, we will contact you to clarify and correct the order.

Lead time is 7-10 days from arrival of brass until shipped back to you.
